We’re excited to get your Body Butters into your hands—and onto your skin—as quickly as possible! 

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. 

• Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. 

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. 

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

• Warm Weather Warning: Our Body Butters are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to reduce the risk of melting. We are not responsible for heat-related damage during transit. 

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at skincenserituals@gmail.com  with your order number and photos of the issue. 

• We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement or store credit.
